  1. How can i make my skin more fair?
I would like my skin to be more fair, how can i do so without buying something.
And if its lemon juice to be rubbed on my skin, how many times a day should i do it &
when will i see the difference?

    • Wear high SPF sunscreen everyday and reapply at midday. Even on cloudy, overcast days, the UV rays of the sun touch your skin, changing the color. If you want to keep your natural pale skin, protect it every day.

Combine 1/4 of cream, 1 tbsp. of flour, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and 3 tbsp. of your high SPF sunscreen. If you do not have sensitive skin, you can add 2 tsp. of rubbing alcohol to the mix. Apply the combination to your face as you would a traditional mask and allow to set for 15 minutes. Reapply once or twice a week to help your skin lighten naturally.

Mix equal parts of turmeric, olive oil and chickpea flour to make a paste. Apply like a mask and allow to set for 15 minutes. These ingredients will help to make your skin more pale, and aren’t quite as harsh on your sensitive skin so they can be used daily if desired.

Take occasional milk baths to help heal and lighten the skin. By simply adding 2 cups of cream to a hot tub, you not only help to moisturize your skin, you help it to heal and remove dead skin cells. The faster your skin can renew itself, the faster you can rid yourself of any traces of tan to reveal the natural pale below. Milk is also a gentle and natural skin bleach.

  2. What is an alternative to using bleach and water as a disinfectant ?
We use a bleach and water solution for disinfecting our toys and tables at our church but I want to find something that is more friendly and not as hazardous for our workers and the children.

  3. How can I lighten my very dark tan?

  4. Will I ever get my natural skin colour back?
I had dark marks on my cheeks from acne so I spot treated with nadinola extra strength (bleaching cream) and the areas around the scars left light patches, leaving them with light patches on my cheek area. It’s been this way since January and it is now April. My sister said I should wait until summer and see if it tans my skin back to it’s natural colour as I live in England and we’re having a cold spring and one of the coldest winters to date. But I really hate the look of it. Will my natural skin colour come through eventually or am I stuck with these light patches?? I already exfoliate and use SPF 15..PLEASE HELP.
    Thank you in advance :)

  5. How effective would this bath syrup be in bleaching your skin?
I can’t find papaya soap anywhere, but I found this on the Bath And Body Works website.
It has papaya extract in it, would that be effective in bleaching you skin? And if so, how well would it bleach/ how long would it take to lighten your skin about two shades if you used it on a daily basis?
I have tanned skin and I want it back to its original color.

  6. Is it better to shave your legs, wax them, or laser hair removal?
I’m not planning on getting laser hair removal to remove my hairs on my legs, but I’m just wondering which one you think would be less painful or the best for my skin. I feel awkward with hairy legs and I have gym for 40 weeks in school (every Friday). Anyway, I have sensitive, dry skin, and my legs are really hairy! Shave, wax, or lasers?

  8. Any cheap skin lightening products that work?

  9. How do I recover from a sun tan?
I’m 18, half black and white. My skin complexion is Moderate Brown but I’ve since become darker from recent sun exposure of exercising outdoors. What can I do to reverse that (go back to my natural skin tone)?

I stopped staying in the sun for an extended amount of time and brought my exercising indoors but that still has reversed the outcome. It’s been a while. Months.
    I honestly cannot stand tans.

    Any suggestions?

Please and Thank you in advance.

    • I know what you’re saying!

I’m outside quite a bit and I hate it when my complexion darkens.
I’m half black and white as well.

      1. Use sunscreen daily with a minimum of 15 SPF.

      2. Choose skin creams and lotions which contain hydroquinone, a chemical which helps to lighten skin by inhibiting melanin

      3. Purchase a serum of Vitamin C, readily available where beauty supplies are sold. Apply the serum evenly to your skin every night before bed to gradually and gently lighten your skin and even your skin tone.

      4. Treat yourself to the occasional milk bath. Milk not only helps to nourish and moisturize your skin, but is also a natural and gentle bleach. To prepare your bath, simply add 2 cups of whole cream to your hot water, soak and enjoy.

      Good Luck!

  10. How much do you think it will cost me to buy enough lemons to fill a bath tub twice a day in the uk?
I bath in lemon juice to lighten my skin tone.
I know it might sound crazy, but it’s a natural bleaching agent.
The reason i choose it is because it won do it over the top, and will be mild on my skin as i will dilute it.

It’s a crazy idea, but I only live once and want to try it.
    Spelling mistake.
I want to bath in lemon Juice*

    • Dude, that $h!t’s gonna burn your balls. Be careful! You’d be better off rubbing the lemons on your body, taking care to avoid the delicate parts.

I don’t want to lighten/bleach my skin. I just want it to look brighter. I’m only 22, but my skin has been looking kind of dull lately. Any natural remedies I can use to give myself a healthier glow? I’d prefer things I can use around the house.

    • Exfoliate with a wash cloth each time you take a shower, using bath & body wash. LESS IS MORE.

The sun and too much soaking in the tub or pool ARE SKIN’S worst enemies.

I’ve been protecting my skin since age 9. Before they say, the sun causes melanoma, skin tags, moles, freckles, before someone invented UV beauty products, before someone came up with BB or anti-aging products. I’ve been saying that for 5 decades!

Good skin care, good genes, and the foods below.
All the vitamins & minerals you need for good skin care comes from all the healthy foods you eat from Mother Nature.

Another way to find the secret to beautiful flawless, silky, soft, smooth complexion? Find someone with beautiful healthy clear complexion, preferably someone who is 40-60 years older than YOU. I have 5 decades, so you’re getting the answers you need, right here! I won’t charge you a penny!
